Rotary clubs can now plan and track service projects — from beginning to end — on Rotary Club Central.

The new online features make it easier to manage service projects and activities. Club leaders can log projections of the number of volunteers, volunteer hours, cash contributions, and in-kind donations at the beginning of the project, and the actual figures once the project is completed. These numbers are captured in your club’s service trend chart and are available for club members and district leaders to review.

Additional features include new PR goals for clubs to set.

Club leaders are encouraged to log in to Member Access and enter their data in Rotary Club Central so that club members, their district governor, and assistant governors can see it.

Since Rotary Club Central was launched in July, thousands of clubs have already used the tool to set and track their goals. Watch for additional features in the coming months.

If you have any questions, email the Contact Center or contact your Club and District Support representative.
